This Peppers Bacon Recipe’s Chinese Name is 青椒回锅肉,This is Really an Ancient Chinese Recipe , In China, people eat pork belly shows above, not bacon, But this Recipe is perfect for bacon, the only difference is the bacon could be too thin. Sweet Soybean paste(Optional)
1. Boiled Pork Belly with Ginger and Star aniseed for 12 minutes and take out for reserve
2. slice Pork Belly, Red Pepper, Green Onion, Ginger and Garlic
3. Heat little oil in the wok ti fry pork Belly slice until they have golden color
4. Stir fry Green Onion, Ginger and Garlic then add 1 tablespoon Soybean Sauce, Sweet Soybean Paste
5. When oil change to red
6. Add Sliced Pork Belly and Rice Wine
7. Add 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
