Coconut Cream Mango Sticky Rice

This Coconut Cream Mango Sticky Rice Recipe is very simple. Sticky Rice is used a lot in China. Ingredients:


Sticky Rice: 200 g
Coconut Cream: 250 g
Sugar: 20 g
Salt: 3 g
Mango: x 1

Steps:

1. Soak Sticky Rice overnight before cooking
2. Heat Sugar and Salt with Coconut Cream
3. Add 4/5 Melting Coconut Cream to Sticky Rice(Without Water)
4. Put Sticky Rice with Coconut Cream to Food box
5. Heat Food Box in Microwave for 7 minutes
6. Peel Mango, Make half Mango to cream by blender, Use Mould to make Another Mango to Heart Sharp
7. Put Sticky Rice with Coconut Steam to Plate
8. Add Rest 50g Coconut Cream on the Top, and Docorate as Shown in The Picture, Ready to Serve

Tips:

1. Coconut milk is Fine If you do not like Coconut Cream.
