ingredients:

beef brisket: 1000 g
carrot: x 1
ginger: x 1
garlic: 5 pieces
dry red pepper: x 2
soybean sauce: 2 tablespoon
sugar: 1 tablespoon
aniseed: x 1
dark soy sauce
salt


Steps:

1. cut beef brisket into small cubes then boiled beef cubes and take out for reserve
2. fry ginger pieces,garlic,dry red pepper, soybean paste
3. stir fry for 1 minutes
4. add beef brisket cubes
5. add dark soy sauce and sugar
6. add aniseed and same volume boiled water
7. pour to pressure cooker, cook for 10 minutes
8. then add carrot pieces, cooked in pan until the sauce get thick
9. add salt depends on your taste. it’s ready to serve

Tips:

1. follow the lines when you cut beef brisket
2. use boiled water will make better taste
3. pressure cooker can make beef get soft easier
4. because soybean paste is salty so make sure not too salty.
