Ingredients:

Chicken wings
curry powder
Fennel seed
cook wine
salt
ginger


Steps:

1. wash and clean chicken wing and prepare other ingredients
2. soak with cook wine
3. add salt
4. add curry powder, fennel seed and ginger
5. mix well and keep in refrigerator and cover with preservative film over night
6. place all chicken wings on the grill and put tinfoil under grill, preheat over with 200 degree. Heat the chicken wings for 2o minutes. After 10 minutes, turn over chicken wings to another side.

Tips:

1. use tinfoil for easier cleaning
2. soak chicken wings with seasoning over night, and you won’t be disappointed with the taste.
